Our users process costs before billing out work completed lines - if the notes can be seen in the grid then it is a last chance for them to catch before billing. Once a work order is billed, you are unable to delete the notes so you have to go in and edit the invoice to do so. Users wanted to ability to catch the notes prior to the billing process.
