"Payment will be due net 30 days from the completion of work. This proposal excludes Overtime (unless specified above), mechanical or electrical permits, and any additional parts or labor not specifically outlined above are also excluded. This proposal does not cover the repair or replacement of additional components found faulty during the scope of this repair. Additional work will be re-quoted if necessary. All work is guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise noted. xxxxxxxxxxx, Inc. is not responsible for equipment failures caused by misuse, inadequate electrical or water supply, fire, flood, vandalism, or natural causes (storm, earthquake, etc.). This quote is valid for 14 days."
At the bottom where it says "Quote Flat Price Totals", it would be nice to have this changed to a more customer facing term like "Total Quote"
