Requesting the following additional breakouts of the status types:
The existing grid view "agreement status" column is not useful when trying to filter/sort hundreds of agreements when "Inactive" generically covers nearly every category excluding "Active".
Expired Open vs. Expired Closed would need functionality or a setting to allow / disallow corrective billing and/or costing after an agreement has expired. This should be selected in the SM Company Parameters (similar to what is available on the Construction side in JC Company Parameters).

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This really needs to happen. It's hard to manage contracts that are just expired and need to be renewed versus contracts that are actually canceled.
