Add Status Types for SM Agreements

Requesting the following additional breakouts of the status types:

  • "Inactive" - Not Yet Activated
  • "Pending" - Activated but term not yet started [these show as Inactive in Grid View]
  • "Active" - Activated and in current term date range
  • "Expired - Open" - Term has lapsed, agreement available for billing / costing corrections (after term expired)
  • "Expired - Closed" - Term has lapsed, no billing / costing may be processed. 
  • "Terminated" - Manually terminated before expiration

The existing grid view "agreement status" column is not useful when trying to filter/sort hundreds of agreements when "Inactive" generically covers nearly every category excluding "Active". 

Expired Open vs. Expired Closed would need functionality or a setting to allow / disallow corrective billing and/or costing after an agreement has expired.  This should be selected in the SM Company Parameters (similar to what is available on the Construction side in JC Company Parameters).

    This really needs to happen. It's hard to manage contracts that are just expired and need to be renewed versus contracts that are actually canceled.
