Presently in SM -- a person can set up a work order to bill a job or a customer. We are not able to move between a customer and a job. Often times our service techs will perform the final inspection which is charged to the job, but then that same site is also set up with a serviceable items for which the preventative maintenance and/or repairs are later billed to a customer. Without having the ability to toggle between customer and job, we are forced to enter to service sites for the same item.
