This would be helpful because we need to group technicians together that work in crews. Also, we need to be able to dispatch both equipment and technicians. Since the dispatch board does not yet have the ability to track and dispatch equipment, we have to set up "dummy" technicians so that we can put equipment on our dispatch board (not a great solution since it does not tie into the Equipment module, but it is what we have to do for now). We want to be able to reorder the dispatch board so that technicians and equipment that go out together can be grouped together.
I attended the conference last fall and thought that it was mentioned that this was going to be addressed in the next version, but I have not heard any update.

We would also like to have the ability to set the order of our technicians. We have some technicians that are backups that fill in from time to time. We would like to list our primary technicians first and place our back up technicians at the bottom.
Would like the ability to list/sort technicians by last name instead of first name
We need the ability to sort the technicians also (drag and drop).
