Ability to copy rate template or make a duplicate copy of a rate template.

When you have price increases, this would allow you to simply copy or duplicate the current template with a new name. Then you could quickly and easily go through it and make changes to the applicable rates without having to re-enter all of the other details required, i.e. equipment number, Rev Code, Rate Type.
