You should be able to change the service site on a work order once work has started

The work order should the "source" for work completed, the service site should be changeable as some locations may have different service sites for the same location and the proper site may not be know at the time a call is taken and work order set up/dispatched

  Any update on this request? Our development team is having to make these changes in the database when this occurs. It would be great if this functionality existed so the users could make the change themselves.

  Apologies - we are taking another look at this - appears you are still unable to change the site on a WO if it has posted detail

  Service sites can now be change on a WO until it's been billed - added in 6.18
