when you go into the trip ticket the cope seq box goes over the description box making you not able to see what your tryping in the box or whats written in that box. That problem happen during one of the updates that was done

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This should be reported in ClearView http://clearview.viewpoint.com, ClearView will give you a much quicker response and possibly a hotfix. This section is for feature requests.
