The summary info tab does not always reflect the current work order selected. Nearly half of the time the customer, site, and cost summary information are for a previous work order. Knowledge base suggests closing out of the window and re-opening, but when processing a large-volume of work orders, this is simply a waste of time to perform over and over again. This causes great confusion regarding the site and related profitability.
