When SM Agreement is Renewed ahead of time, Old Version Should Terminate, Not Expire when end date passes.

Currently, if the user renews an agreement ahead of time and activates, then the old and new version are both active.  Once the old version passes the end date, it goes into an expired status.  It should automatically go into a Terminated status since a newer version exists.  Currently users have to manually terminate the older version if desired.
