Since your last upgrade to the service management module, you are now no longer to change the work description on the service invoices once they have been posted. This is not good if a customer would like different wording or you just need to change something.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
