When contacting a tech about unfinished trips, the service site description can contain more information and be more useful for reference than the key field, especially for companies with hundreds of service sites. It currently takes opening 2-3 more forms to get this information if the dispatcher and/or tech is unfamiliar with the site and adds significant time when reviewing all unfinished trips.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Adding the Work Description beside the WO number would help manage the alerts more efficiently. The Alerts is how we manage which WO's are outstanding and potentially forgotten about by the Techs.
Better would be the ability to select which columns display in the SM Dispatch Board Alerts window. Such as the Work Order description.
