A customer of ours has requested that the subject line of invoices sent to them have Customer Site and Invoice number in the subject line. Currently, we cannot do that in SM.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Viewpoint, please listen up. This is incredibly frustrating when someone replies to an email, and the reply contains no identifying information. How does the CSR know what invoice they are referring to?
Being able to customize the SUBJECT or BODY to include at least the invoice number is a must.
Thank you.
Please make this happen. The only work around I'm aware of is to manually adjust each e-mail subject line before sending the e-mail. Having the invoice number and other pertinent customer info in the subject line is crucial for managing bounced or returned e-mails as well as more efficiently handling questions from clients.
