Division is a required field, so this means that you need to navigate to the SM Work Order after creating a call in the SM Call Handler to fill this out. Agreement is optional, but it would be nice to see this on the Call Handler too. If these fields were on the Call Handler, then there would be no need to navigate to the work order before dispatching the work order on the dispatch board.

We also require "Division" to be filled out on our Work Orders. Because this is not an available field on the Call Handler, our team does not use the Call Handler. We would like to use it, but only if the "Division" field could be added. We also require "Site Contact" and Phone Number on our Work Orders, so adding those fields to the Call Handler would also make it more useful for us.
