Need the ability to define an email in SM Technicians, as not everyone wants to use a company email to receive their pay stubs, but don't want dispatch notifications going to personal emails.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This was submitted in 2017 and still hasn't been implemented?! Soo disappointing!! This has been needed for YEARRRSSS!!! Come on already!!
This update is way overdue. What's the deal???
Seems like this would be an easy upgrade and fix considering how long it's been "planned". How would you like getting dispatch emails to you personal email account?
It would be very handy if an email address and cell number field were added to the SM tech form and then either method could be used by the notifier process, rather than using the personal email setup on the PR record.
When is this planned for?
