Sometimes customers supply specific access documents or safety check lists that field personnel need when performing work on-site. Rather than adding these documents to the WO every time, it would be better to add them at the agreement level - with the work schedule line - so when work orders are generated, the attachment also transfers over to the new WO for reference.
For our business, we are using a mobile application to transmit WO information to service personnel. An attachment at the WO is visible to field personnel but attachments at the customer, site, agreement or serviceable item are not.
