Currently our service technicians only get emails manually for work orders they are scheduled for. We have created a weekly trip report to show all upcoming work orders. However, it would be really nice to be able to have the dispatch board have a calendar invite or add to their calendar when work is scheduled. It's very difficult for the technicians to dig through all their emails to figure out what job they would need to do next. I have created a spreadsheet with the scheduling and have shared this on Google Sheets, but it would be nice to have something just hit their calendar instead.
