Our company performs contract service work as well as completes larger construction projects. The work force also participates in both types of work,
Allowing us to use the same structure/modules/phases would allow for easy movement of the work force between the different types of jobs/projects and avoid the whole workforce from having to learn two "languages".
At the moment we are struggling through our service contract work using time consuming PM and liking PM for our construction projects. If SM were integrated like PM we would start using it again.
