Incomplete status for tech on Trip

  So, the "Work Order SCOPE" can be put on "hold" with a reason. Perhaps the trip status could get something similiar, where the user hits 'on hold' and then is prompted for a reason and "show up again" date?

  Can we get an ETA on this please? Also, I think more than one status is needed here. Incomplete is great but what about others? We should be able to customize this by client/business/company.

  This says it is planned for 6.14 however we are using 6.16 and this feature is not there.
