In Version 6.15 the tax code from the service site has stopped pulling in for taxable items in SM Work Completed when the tax code has a 0 rate.
We use 0 rate tax codes to track our taxable exempt sales. Many states require you to report taxable exempt sales, and not having this pull in automatically makes this much more difficult to track.

Didn't it used to default from the site? It seems like this changed when the use tax functionality was added. Now SM POs only default (sales) tax code from the Vendor. This is not good because one vendor might charge multiple tax rates based on where the materials were delivered or used/installed.
