Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
You can customize Vista by adding a custom combo box and setting the trip status field to use it via SQL. However, you need to make sure that the downstream use (i.e. dashboard) can utilize other codes.

Just create a 'status' table we can self-manage please so we can each customize for our business. Being stuck with the default ones has been painful the last years.
In addition to the trip status of waiting on parts, it would be helpful to have a firm scheduled status for trips that cannot be moved unless arranging with the customer first.
