Sometimes we have to send someone from one service center to attend to an inspection normally handled through another. Unfortunately, NO modifications are permitted in Vista to service centers and thus divisions for WO's generated through SM Agreements.
This functionality exists on WO's when not linked to an agreement and it should work for all WO's regardless of how they are created. The inability to modify this information comes with a hefty work around including cancelling WO's and modifying the original agreement which is a lot of work when we need to 'borrow' personnel from one office to offer a quick resolution to a scheduling issue.
I accept a modification like this CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be made when there are multiple scopes on a WO and only one scope requires adjustment but if we are adjusting all scopes, we should be able to do this.
