We think it would beneficial to have the ability to transfer serviceable items between service sites. We have some customers who have multiple buildings close together and our service techs are able to add items through FieldConnect, but occasionally they add items to the wrong site. It would help if an administrative-level person in the office could transfer serviceable items to the correct sites.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
This would be a huge time saver. We have site moving from customer to customer and equipment has to be re entered.
