The Work Schedule Description field gets passed to the Work order Scope description upon creation. The Work Order Scope description is a Note field and this is where the description of work is entered for the technician. Since the Work Schedule Description on the Agreement is a text field and limited to 60 characters. This makes it impossible to use effectively and creates the need for a work around using the Notes field on the agreement. Using the Notes field is a problem because it does not get copied to the Work Order OR the renewed Agreement creating lots of extra work.
In summary, we are looking for a resolution to the necessity of passing the description of work which requires a Notes filed, in an agreement, to the work order upon creation.
