Work Completed "Equipment" lines that are attached through Payroll should have the ability to be marked Non-billable so it does not reopen every work order when payroll is completed.

Payroll uses uploads to bring my time sheet hours into payroll entry, they then manually enter equipment to each employee. When payroll is completed it transfers the cost to SM Work orders "Equipment Line" and in doing so reopens the work order for billable cost now present and we have to go manually close every work order again.
