The SM Work Order summary pane is very helpful to determine project gross margin, however, it's missing the biggest expense labor. Currently the work order summary shows 0 until labor cost is posted through payroll. We analyze work orders daily and cannot use the summary pane because it's not showing the full estimate/actual cost price therefore for the GM is also wrong.
