Currently we find the search parameters in this field limited. Could you expand this search so it works just the same as the one in the call handler? That way our users could enter customer or site names & numbers, numbers for work orders, numbers for customer PO's, service site addresses, cities and territories.
User case#1: A scheduler wants to return a list of WO's in a particular city or territory for scheduling purposes. If they enter that territory in the search field, they should be able to see all activity relating to that territory and current states for events.
User case#2: A customer calls with a PO # to ask status of work. The scheduler should be able to enter the PO in the search field and pull up all related work
