Would be helpful to be able to view the invoice as a PDF attachment to the work order rather than going through invoices to preview and then save as. We have multiple people in the system that would like to view the invoice easily.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
versioning would be good here. Would maintain history of all invoices including those with 'adjustments'.
I like that idea also because it is a picture in time. I can see if someone tried to preview the invoice and somehow changed it. I love making a PDF of what the invoice looked like when it went out.
