SM Invoice Edit should be able to add a line

Currently it is only allow to delete a line or edit the lines already in the pending invoices, but it didn't allow to add a new line to the pending invoices, it is very often we have to add a line to a pending invoice, currently we have to delete the invoice, and recreate a new invoice to add a line
