SM Rate Template markup for 3-Misc Line Type

Would like a way to have 3-Misc Line Types in SM Work Orders Work Completed screen to be marked up automatically in the same way that Material is.  Currently in SM Rate Templates, there are markups for Material Rates and Non Material Purchases.  Having a markup percentage for 3-Misc line types would greatly help.  As of now, our admin is manually calculating the markup prices for those 3-Misc items on the SM Work Order Work Completed screen.

  Our dispatchers (who also bill) are manually calculating the discount prices, and it's a pain.
