We have multiple offices/regions/states which we use the "Service Center" code to manage, and then out of each office we may offer different services which we have set up as "divisions" (because they have different labor pools, or different skilled trades). The dispatcher for "Trade A" could search on their Service Center and Division code for work order generation, and the dispatcher for "Trade B" could do the same for their own work orders, without having to load all the work orders for a service center and combing through them to pick out the work orders for their division. It would prevent work orders from being missed, generated in error, etc.
