We have a group of technicians that schedule their own work because it is recurring work that just needs to be completed sometime during the month. So we generate the work orders for that group/division and have them go at it and make their own route/schedule for the month. When the work orders are generated, it puts them on the dispatch board as "unscheduled"... would it be possible to add a prompt during SM Generate PM Work Orders to specify a "scheduled date" to populate on the TRIP, thus pushing it into the dispatch board on a date and onto their schedule on the remote app they use.
For this group, their work orders are all generated in one giant batch for the month and assigned to the first day of the month. It would save a lot of time manually dragging the work order to dispatch board one-by-one (or flipping through work orders one-by-one to assign the date)
