Set default refresh interval using Work Center Profile

This feature exists everywhere except within the setups for the Work Center Profile. Please add the ability to set a default refresh interval as we build these so we don't get stuck with the default 'every 3 minutes' for the various forms and/or have to ask our users to manually update this every time they add or reset their work centers.
