Please add 'created by' column to the SM Invoices form

Being able to see who created an invoice is helpful without going to the audit tables. Viewpoint has a field in place on the invoiced, delivered that shows who printed an invoice so please add to ALL views on this form (pending, invoiced & not delivered, invoiced & delivered) a column to show who batched the invoice.

This would apply to both agreement and WO invoices in the SM module
