Need a report for number of work orders created by each repair type for a specific date range. Possibly add date range feature to existing report Work Order History by Repair Type

We would like this report to monitor how many work orders are opened (yearly/monthly/weekly) by each repair type. For example 45 work orders opened for preventative maintenance vs. 9 work orders opened for unscheduled repairs. Maybe the existing report in Equipment Management called Work Order History be Repair Type could be modified to accommodate this.
