Call Scripting

In our current Service platform, "Call Scripting" is just a field on the right that shows up with each incoming call, with a very generic script. At the bottom are four F keys, each one goes in a different direction with additional text that allows our dispatcher to ask the right questions depending on the nature of the call.

With the current SM Call Handler, I can easily create a custom notes field and size it up, then add default text. But that text would end up SAVED with each call. Because it's just a default script,I don't really want it saved with each call.

Thus, I humbly suggest that VP look into a basic call scripting functionality to include with SM Call Handler.

    Would also be nice to include into SM Work Orders for those of us who don't use SM Call Handler
