Make the "Terminated Date" column in the SM Agreement grid view permanent

When filtering on the grid tab in SM Agreements and entering a terminated agreement number, a "Terminated Date" column populates right next to the agreement number.  It would be helpful if this column was added to be able to search by terminated agreements.  Currently you have to search on Inactive and locate manually or know the specific agreement number you want to look at.
