Fix broken SM Invoice List Report - Open Balances reflect Work Orders with 0.00 balance.

Report needs to be cleaned up, removing 0.00 balances.  Extra clutter on the report.

Contacted Vista.  Vista said glitch was noted in 2016 but not enough complaints or suggestions noted for a fix.

  If you know someone who knows how to tweak Crystal reports, have them make a copy of the existing report, then add a filter to filter out the WO's with a 0.0 balance.
