When customers have questions concerning their invoice you generally need to see the WO in order to determine the validity of their question. The majority of the time the only document the person has is the invoice and they share the invoice # with you and not the related WO #. It would be very helpful to be able to enter an invoice # in the work order grid view to quickly find the invoice/WO in question.
