Option to run SM Work Order Profitability Report by work completed date range

Since the 6.13 release, the date range field has been added as a parameter to the report. The options are by date the work order was entered, the scope due date, the last billed date, and the last cost date. Prior to 6.13, you were able to run the report by work completed line dates. It is helpful to see a work order with costs for a specific period of time.

  Why hasn't this been fixed?  I just put in a case on this and it is in the Unplanned Status...  Number 72423.  ARGH!
