Ability to change font colors or highlight lettering per field anywhere in the system.

Not everyone starts in the work order when talking with a customer where the indicator might be ON HOLD for AR.

We created a custom field in SM sites & SM customers.The ability to highlight or change colors FOR THAT FIELD would help us communicate with all employees doing different tasks.

  Interesting idea! In your setup, do all employees doing different tasks view the SM Sites and SM Customers forms to view that field?
