We have "Backflow devices" installed at hundreds of customers sites. They are scheduled for yearly inspections. Once inspected, they local city requires us to turn in a form filled out with the inspection results.
I've setup all the devices under common SM Class, "Backflows".
Under SM Class Maintenance, I can setup a "Yearly Inspection", but where would I put all the "Things to be inspected", and where would I record those results on a per-workorder basis?
Is anything like the above planned? Does anyone else record the results of tests?

We have an agreement type - Backflow - and setup an agreement for each site we do. we send a reminder to the customer a month before they are due and they give us the go ahead to do it again this year. We attach the certification paper work to the work order for future reference.
