You can add a scope sequence to a work order from the "Work Order" form, but it would be really nice to be able to do this from the "Call Handler", if you knew the call was a Warranty call.
Perhaps the flow would be something like:
Result: A new Scope Sequence would be added to the indicated Work Order.
Why this would be useful: Currently there is no way to quickly transform an incoming service call into a warranty scope sequence on an existing Work Order.
