Add Agreement Invoices Tab to SM Service Sites Form

Currently the invoices tab only shows invoices billed via a work order.  We would like the invoices that are done against a maintenance agreement to also show up there rather than have to open the agreement form to get there.  Adds time and when reviewing a site, it is good to have all invoices in one grid.
