If an SM Agreement is Terminated, and Billing Schedule lines remain, there should be a warning message

If a user Terminates an SM Agreement and it is not fully billed, a warning message should appear to make sure the user knows they are terminating an agreement that still has remaining bills.  This will help avoid missing a billing if terminating too soon!
