The default time is defaulting to 8am but our techs start at 7, so each time it needs to be changed. It's very time consuming to change each work order. It used to be empty and it worked much better for us.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
