With 6.17 or 6.18, the ability to access other SM Work Orders was taken away when the SM Work Order program was opened via SM Service Sites, SM Customers, Work Centers, etc. When the work order was navigated to through SM Service Sites in the past, the SM Work Order grid showed other Work orders for that SM Service Site only. This was nice because users could see prior work orders without having to navigate to other areas in the system.
