We can provide various services to the same piece of equipment, or may add additional services depending on customer and the agreement. Therefore instead of having two Serviceable Items with same Model/SN, we would have one. Then thinking you could use Task group in service agreements to determine if you would do them with two different task group or persons. The current work around would have an all inclusive list but hard to split the work out depending on your technician skills, or company set-up.
