"Amending" the agreement is the only way to adjust anything on the agreement if the original "Agreement creator" forgot to set a field properly (or set the Work Schedule properly).
If you have some other way we can adjust an agreement WITHOUT modifying any other fields, we'd love to use it instead!
Making a change to the "Effective Date" each time an agreement is amended makes it look like the currently active agreement is not the proper length, and one must look through the revisions to figure out the original length.
