We would like our Service Management users to have access to close work orders individually. However, allowing everyone who can close individual work orders to also close literally every single work order in our system with two mistaken clicks is security that needs to be separated out. Or at the very least, allow us to know what table/column the check box is in SQL so we can create a custom, read only validation. There is no Form Properties available on the SM Work Order Close form in Vista.
